Tattie Mac’s bistro/restaurant in Glasgow is independently owned and operated by chef Iain McMaster.

Iain is a former recipient of Scottish Restaurant Chef of the year. Iain trained at the Buttery and October Restaurants in Glasgow and Miraville Restaurant in Paris. He then took up the position of sous chef at the newly opened five star Glasgow Hilton, followed by Head Chef posts at the award winning Puppet Theatre Restaurant and Yes Restaurant in Glasgow.  His most recent position was that of Head Chef at The Corinthian which was voted one of the top 100 restaurants in Britain by the observer.

Our head chef Daniel Hollern formerly chef at the Linen Room uses only the best seasonal produce selected from the market and our chosen suppliers.
Our Manageress Jenny Kyle and her team have created a warm and friendly ambience and offer attentive, relaxed and informal service.
